This great video by Oracle explores the key role that CX plays in the sustained growth and long-term success of a business.

A study found that 73% of customers cited friendly employees or service representatives as a factor that makes them stay loyal to a business and 86% of customers are willing to pay more for a better experience. This video does a great job of presenting the many benefits of top-notch CX, while also showing the danger of failing to meet expectations. As the video shows us, many businesses are failing to meet the needs of their customers. This means that there’s a great opportunity to succeed for any business that can deliver the level of CX that customers expect and deserve.
