I found this video quite exceptional. First, the author talks about a real-world case where organizations are issuing more and more loyalty and discount cards to in a bid to win over their customers’ loyalty. Well, as it comes out, times have really changed. Today’s customers prefer good customer service to discounts! Among the reasons why I found this video worth your time:

(2) Excellent audio and simple language that is pretty easy to understand and follow
